About

Grief doesn't expire after a week, a month or a year; it evolves.

You are not alone—We'll be here to hold your hand and your heart as we navigate this journey together.

Hi, I'm Chaya

At the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, I was thrust into the depths of grief after the devastating loss of my baby boy—a son I had prayed for over a decade, following years of struggling with an ongoing medical condition.

The pain and emptiness I experienced after my loss was unbearable and my life became an utter mess. I battled with guilt, flashbacks, nightmares, anxiety, anger and depression.

To make matters worse, I felt completely alone and misunderstood by most family and friends, and traditional support groups and therapists didn't fully meet my needs. I yearned for a step-by-step program with someone who understood grief and loss, who would hold my hand and help me work through the different aspects of grief, but it didn't exist.

In my search for healing and purpose, I began researching and learning. This led me on a path to becoming a Certified Grief Educator and Trauma Coach. I learned what I was feeling and experiencing was completely NORMAL - a human and healthy response to loss. However, we live in a grief-illiterate society that has been socialized with so much misinformation about grief - which hindered my healing greatly

Out of this realization, I was driven to create the kind of grief support I had desperately needed.

Through support groups, individual sessions, and workshops, we provide a safe, supportive environment where you can express your feelings and navigate the complexities of grief. I know firsthand how isolating loss can feel, which is why I’ve built a space where you are seen, heard, and understood. With empathy and guidance, I walk alongside you—helping you process your grief at your own pace, honoring your unique journey, and gently supporting you as you find your way forward.
